Sir Giles Gilbert ScottArchitect who lived in the St Georges Hills area and was patron of Byfleet Scouts. He designed Waterloo Bridge and the red post box. He presented to Byfleet Scouts a silver Bugle which they still have today.

J G Parry Thomas Motor racing star and world speed record holder with strong Brooklands connections. He is buried in St. Mary's churchyard.
Walter George TarrantBuilder of the St. George's Hill, Wentworth and Pyrford Woods estates.
Bert Le VackMotor cycle racing star with strong Brooklands connections. He is buried in St. Mary's churchyard.
